How to improve your immunity power.

Day by day the corona virus is diffusing very fast.And the worst part is there is no vaccine found till date for any virus.Then can’t we safe with this kind of virus.? and the answer is yes you can be safe and that is your immunity power yes your immunity is the only way to survive this kind of virus without your immunity power you cannot survive even a single day. This immunity system is to protect humans from pathogenic microorganisms. For example=infections,disease or fungi etc.This immunity is activate every second even while you are sleeping.And this immunity power is the only way to safe with so called pandemic virus.

How do immunity system works and it’s types

1.Innate Immunity –Innate is otherwise Known as natural. Everyone is born with natural immunity . It is the first line to immune response.It is a type of protection which block the germs to entering the body

2.Adaptive immuity-Adaptive immunity is otherwise Know as active immunity. If innate immunity fails to protect us from germs then it’s is the second responsible immunity to protect us. As we all know that our immunity power is activate every second and it’s develops throughout our lives.We activate our immunity when we are immunied against them with vaccines.

Guys immunity power is god gifted to us.So now its our work to improve our immunity power.

How to improve immunity power.

1. As a scientific strong belief eating more healthy vegetables and fruits can improve our immunity system

2. Be stress free
3. Morning meditation for stress free.
4. A morning sunbath: A morning sunbath can make your bones strong and reduced your depression and anxiety and another points that according to studies this virus and bacteria’s cannot survive in heats. So sunbath is very important to increase your immunity power.
5. Sleep at least for 7-8 hours.
6.Wash your hands at-least for 5 times a day( As per scientific belief that 6.virus cannot survive in slippy places so washing your hands is very important).
8.Do exercise and yoga.

Yoga’s poses.

* Sitting and breathing.
* Half lord of the fishes.
* Supported fish pose.
* Forward fold.
* Legs up and wall

9. Be always hydrated drink at least 2 litter of water each day.
Avoid eating junk foods.
10. Don’t smoke.
11. And at last point I wanted to add that be with your loved one,Yes you heard correct according to scientific proof of you are with your loved one it make your brain very positive and it will impact in your body.So always be with someone who complete you.

It is better to take care of your health rather than wasting your energy on others. Your own body should be your first priority. So please take care yourself first and everything else falls into your lines.
